     i have lost my software sd card I bought my new sd card class 4 8gb but its asking me registration password  which I can't get to as I lost my software if u turn on the device it says the sd card is damaged or not inserted, or wrong sd card is inserted  on the pc suite its not giving me any software to download on memory card

    As I have written before

    You have to pay for the updates = running update period required. (So register the device to your autel ID if not already done)

    If the device is registered to your Autel ID it works (as it works for me and the other users).
    The base software is free and is always available for installation.

    But if your device is not linked to your Autel ID nothing works.
    In this case contact the former owner so that he can release the device for you.
